Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: September 12, 2026
We are Mescro.com ("we," "our," or "us"). We take the friction out of buying and selling digital properties and online assets.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our online marketplace website, secure escrow system, trading features, and all related platform services. By registering an account, accessing, or using Mescro.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
This Agreement is a legally binding contract, and you have a duty to read it before using our website or services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease your use of our platform. We reserve the right to modify, amend, replace, suspend, or terminate these terms at any time within our sole discretion. Your continued use of the website or services after a change in the effective date constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.
Platform Roles & Definitions
To streamline our marketplace operations, the following terms define our community participants and assets:
- User: Any individual or entity that has registered an account with Mescro and agreed to these Terms.
- Seller: A User who lists a digital asset, property, or online property for sale through Mescro's marketplace.
- Buyer: A User who makes an offer, engages in deal negotiations, or locks funds into escrow to purchase a listing.
- Digital Asset: Refers to the online properties offered on Mescro, including but not limited to social media groups, fanpages, accounts, domain names, SaaS applications, codebases, content blogs, and related operational files, data lists, login credentials, and digital goodwill.
Account Registration & Security
Access to Mescro's trading features and secure escrow system requires a registered account. You agree to maintain single-user accountability for your credentials.
- Accurate Profiles: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details and keep your account information up to date.
- Account Security: You are fully responsible for all activities executed under your account. Notify Mescro immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- Asset & Financial Warranties: Sellers warrant they hold unencumbered legal title and full rights to transfer the digital assets listed. Buyers warrant they possess legitimate funds to satisfy any commitments or escrow locks they initiate.
Listing Submissions & Confidential Information
When submitting a digital property for sale on Mescro, Sellers provide certain non-public or proprietary details to help us review and vet the listing ("Seller's Confidential Information").
- Scope of Confidential Information: This includes financials, traffic metrics, user statistics, specific URLs or handles, revenue reports, and other details reasonably expected to remain private until a deal room is unlocked or a transaction is initiated.
- Mescro's Handling of Data: We treat Seller's Confidential Information with strict privacy, disclosing it only to prospective buyers inside secure deal rooms or to our internal staff/moderators for vetting and dispute resolution.
- Truthful Representation: Users warrant that all facts, traffic proofs, revenue logs, and details submitted regarding a property are authentic, accurate, and current. You agree to cooperate and answer inquiries from potential buyers or Mescro moderators in a timely and professional manner.
- Clear Title Warranties: Sellers represent and warrant that they possess clear, unencumbered title to the digital property being sold, that it is free of liens or third-party claims, and that the sale does not violate the terms of service of any underlying platform (such as social networks or domain registrars).
Listing, Negotiation, and Deal Process
Mescro connects buyers and sellers of digital properties in an open community marketplace. We provide the infrastructure for deal rooms, communication, and secure escrow holding, but we are not a party to the actual private transactions between users.
- Direct Communication: Buyers and sellers negotiate terms, pricing, and handover methods directly within Mescro's deal rooms or listing threads. Both parties are responsible for verifying all property details before finalizing an agreement.
- Offer & Acceptance: When a buyer commits to a listing price or an agreed-upon offer, both parties enter into a binding intent to complete the transaction through our secure escrow workflow.
- Asset Transfer & Handover: Sellers must fully transfer ownership of the digital property (such as social media admin rights, source code, or domain logins) promptly after escrow is locked. Buyers must actively cooperate with the handover process.
- Independent Verification: Mescro does not independently audit every traffic log, revenue screenshot, or metrics claim provided by sellers. Buyers are expected to perform their own due diligence before releasing funds.
Secure Escrow & Payment Rules
Our escrow system protects both parties by holding funds safely until the digital property is successfully transferred and verified.
- Funding Transactions: Users fund escrow or top up their platform balances using supported payment methods, including cryptocurrencies (such as Binance IDs and BEP20 transfers).
- Escrow Lock: Once funds are deposited into escrow, they remain locked and secure. They are only released to the seller upon successful buyer confirmation or via moderator decision in the event of a dispute.
- Platform Fees: Mescro deducts a transparent 3% service or escrow fee from the transaction total upon successful deal completion, as outlined on our pricing page.
- No Off-Platform Escrow: To ensure safety against scams, users are strictly prohibited from bypassing Mescro's escrow system for active marketplace listings. Deals taken off-platform forfeit all Mescro protections and result in account suspension.
Dispute Resolution & Refunds
If a transaction encounters a problem, disagreement, or failure to deliver, either party may open a formal dispute within the deal room.
- Neutral Mediation: Mescro staff act as neutral mediators to review deal terms, proof of delivery, communication logs, and evidence provided by both buyer and seller.
- Final Binding Decision: The verdict and resolution rendered by Mescro dispute moderators are final and binding regarding the distribution of escrow funds.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed back to the appropriate user balance or funding source only when a transaction is officially canceled or ruled in favor of the buyer by our moderation team.
Prohibited Conduct & User Restrictions
When interacting on Mescro, you agree not to engage in any of the following restricted or harmful behaviors:
- Attempting to bypass the escrow system to execute off-platform transactions for active marketplace listings.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities, scamming, chargeback abuse, or identity misrepresentation.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other platform users or support personnel.
- Interfering with, disrupting, or compromising the integrity, stability, or security of our systems, network architecture, or user data.
- Introducing unauthorized or malicious payloads, unauthorized executable code, or harmful digital artifacts through platform interfaces, communications, or profile assets.
Identity Verification (KYC)
To enhance marketplace trust, prevent fraud, or unlock specific high-tier features, users may choose to undergo voluntary identity verification. Providing false, forged, or stolen identification documents will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Intellectual Property
All platform software, designs, logos, text, graphics, user interface layouts, and source code associated with Mescro.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Mescro and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written authorization.
Limitation of Liability
Mescro provides its marketplace and escrow platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mescro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of our services.
Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your user account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal compliance requirements.
Account Deletion & Data Retention
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data from our systems at any time. When you submit a deletion request, your account will be processed through secure account anonymization.
- Anonymization Process: Your direct personal identifiers—including your email address, username, avatar, profile fields, and personal credentials—will be permanently removed or scrambled, while historical transaction records, escrow logs, and deal threads are dissociated and retained in an anonymous form for platform security and commercial traceability.
- Processing Timeline: Data deletion requests will be completed within a maximum period of 30 days starting from the moment there are no legal or operational impediments to processing the request.
- Retention Exceptions: The deletion process will not proceed, or may be temporarily postponed, if there is:
- An active escrow transaction, open commercial dispute, or ongoing security investigation involving your account;
- A mandatory legal retention obligation or formal requirement from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority; or
- A critical need to retain specific minimal records for fraud prevention and the safety of other marketplace participants.
- In such exceptional cases, only the information strictly necessary for those purposes will be retained, and the 30-day deletion countdown will begin immediately once the impediment has been fully resolved.
